"Women and Wallace" is going to 2012 International Thespian Conference!! In January, our competition piece placed in the Top 2 at the Virginia Thespians Conference at George Mason Univ. and will repeat their performance at the 2012 International Thespian Conference this June at the University of Nebraska. It will provide a tremendous opportunity for our young thespians to perform for, and network with, theatre professionals and academics from across the country. MHS STUDENTS WIN AREAN STAGE PLAYWRITING CONTEST: Congratulations to ZOE DAVIDSON and SARAH CHAIKIND, who were named as two of only six winners region-wide in the annual High School Playwriting Competition at ARENA STAGE! Their plays will be performed by professional actors in March. DAMIEN LEVERETT received an Honorable Mention. Well done, everyone!
2012 Cappies Show is "A View from the Bridge" by Arthur Miller. Cast and crew are busy putting together a fabulous production. The curtain goes up on March 21st for 8 public performances and one performance exclusively for the Cappies critics. All shows will be in the Black Box Theater, so seating will be limited. You'll want to order your tickets early!
